Marion was appointed CEO of HeadFirst Group in February 2022. She has more than 20 years of experience in HR services, recruitment and staffing in various commercial and senior management positions in the Netherlands and abroad. Prior to joining HeadFirst Group, Marion was Chief Operating Officer at RGF Staffing Netherlands (formerly USG People) and Managing Director of Unique. In her role as CEO, she leads the organization's strategic, operational and commercial activities.

Willem joined HeadFirst Group as CFO in February 2025. Since 2023, Willem had been CFO of EyeCare Group. Before that, from 2012 to 2022, he held various CFO positions at Randstad, both in the Netherlands and internationally. He began his career at Randstad in 2007 as Manager Finance & Control. Willem fulfills the role of CFO of HeadFirst Group, leading the group's financial operations. His portfolio includes business operations, financial activities, accounting, treasury, control, quality and legal matters.

Arco Elsman has joined HeadFirst Group as Chief Operating Officer. He brings more than 20 years of experience in HR services, including MSP and RPO. He has held leadership positions at companies such as Yacht, Twago and Randstad RiseSmart. In his new role, Arco focuses on driving operational excellence. With a strong client-centric approach and a proven track record in scaling HR tech companies, Arco leads the innovation of HeadFirst Group's services.
