Marion van Happen, CEO

Marion was appointed CEO of HeadFirst Group in February 2022. She has more than 20 years of experience in HR services, recruitment and staffing in various commercial and senior management positions in the Netherlands and abroad. Prior to joining HeadFirst Group, Marion was Chief Operating Officer at RGF Staffing Netherlands (formerly USG People) and Managing Director of Unique. In her role as CEO, she leads the organization's strategic, operational and commercial activities.

Marjolein Slappendel, CFO

Marjolein is a highly experienced and all-round CFO, with an impressive track record at companies such as Merrill Lynch, ING, Action and the work platform Temper. Since June 2023, Marjolein holds the position of CFO of HeadFirst Group, where she is responsible for the financial activities of the group. Her responsibilities include business operations, financial operations, accounting, treasury, control, quality and legal matters.
